| June 2005, this was taken the day before Amanda’s
last hospitalization. Amanda was there for her regular clinic and
she was not feeling well. |

| June 2005, Amanda in the hospital for severe migraines
which progressed to complicated migraines. Unfortunately hospitalization
is a constant so Amanda and her siblings, with sister, Jessica
have learned to adapt to what is going on around them. In this
case they are hanging out together to watch a movie. |

| June 2005. Amanda age 10. Waiting in front of
Hospital with the other kids to go to Saint Dorothy’s camp.
The camp is for kids age 8 to 18, with kidney, liver, or heart
transplants. This is the first time Amanda has been well
enough to attend in the last 3 years. |

| June 10th, Amanda coming home from camp. This
is her beloved Sock Monkey, Amanda’s constant companion named
Naj-wah which means “Joy” in Arabic. |
